What is a Practitioner?
He or she is a licensed professional, trained in the use of Spiritual Mind Treatment (Affirmative Prayer) to assist you in solving problems and experience more good in your life. Practitioners have completed several years of class work and study in the practice of Science of Mind. A Practitioner works with Universal spiritual principles to facilitate a change in consciousness that brings about changes in the life and experience of the client.

The professional mental and spiritual practitioner is one who has dedicated their life – their time, their energies, their intelligence – to helping others, through mental and spiritual means and methods.” Ernest Holmes, The Science of Mind, page 167
How does one become a Practitioner?
A licensed practitioner through United Centers for Spiritual Living must complete a multi-year required course of study, pass a comprehensive written exam and be approved by an oral panel consisting of ministers and experienced practitioners. The practitioner’s license is renewed every two years after meeting service requirements, continuing education requirements and with the recommendation of the minister.
Sometimes you are too close to a situation to arrive at an objective viewpoint. Sometimes the ups and downs of our emotions and situations may be tugging at our hearts and minds. We may not remember who we truly are in the One Mind of God: Whole, Perfect and Complete just as we are Right Now.
A Licensed Practitioner can be the one to help. Working with a Practitioner can help you work through the immediate situation and help you learn how to sustain results that will assist in the future. A Practitioner will pray with you and know the Spiritual Truth about you, even when you may not.
Ministry of Prayer
To request a prayer for yourself or a loved one, including pets, please email us your request. We will include your Treatment request in our prayer list for a week.
If requested we can email a written Spiritual Mind Treatment.

Pastoral Care
Sacred Arts Center Members may call on the Pastoral Care team in times of sickness and loss. Members click here to request Pastoral Care.
What is the cost?
Ministry of Prayer and Pastoral Care are provided to Sacred Arts Center Members as a free service.
Private Practitioner Sessions
Private Practitioner Sessions are on a fee basis paid by the client.
A practitioner will meet with you in person for a Spiritual Counseling session that lasts about one hour. Practitioners are compensated for their time and expertise.
Each practitioner sets his or her own fee, which may include a sliding scale. Practitioner fees and session length may be discussed with the individual Licensed Practitioner.

In Dale’s work life she has been a manager and corporate vice president, and a trainer for customer service, sales and transition management. Dale has been very active in many community and church activities; Vice President and Treasurer of Nevada County United Way, Board of Directors President Center for Spiritual Awareness, City of Grass Valley Personnel Commission, Director of Children’s Ministries, President of the Grass Valley Soroptimist Club and a member of the church choir.
Dale enjoys teaching, facilitation workshops and study group sessions, creating and leading rituals, house blessings, life celebrations and working with individual clients.
